5. Panache
Located in the Sainte - Antoine Hotel, Panache serves traditional French food with a twist. Housed in a 19th century marine warehouse, it seems natural to order the seafood dishes. A good choice is the arctic Char from Quebec's Gaspe region. The char is grilled with a lobster and lemon sauce.
For something heavier try the braised beef served with a goat cheese puree.
