Take the metro (subway) to Viau metro station heading east from downtown on the green line. As you exit the station, walk west in the direction of the huge Montreal Tower (above) and Olympic Park.
From May until October, a free shuttle service connects Viau station, the Biodome, Olympic Park and the insectarium.
