Quebec Winter Carnival 2009

Friday December 12, 2008
The 55th Quebec Winter Carnival runs from January 30th until February 15th this year. Masquerade is the theme of this year's bash with huge masks decorating the city and marking locations of primary events.

The Plains of Abraham will host the zipline and the sugar shack along with games and activities for children. At Place Loto-Quebec, young Quebec artists will show off their snow sculptures.
